about

Molloch was an album released in 2008, featuring members of Last Lights and Apparitions (previously EvaBraun). It was the brain child of the late musical genius Dominic Owen Mallory [Best known for his poetry and hardcore outfit Last Lights] and his life-long friends Nathaniel Charles MacKinnon [Peregrine, Makeshift Memorial, Apparitions], Patrick Coleman Murphy [Mountain Man, Apparitions] Cosmo Kilburn DiGiulio and Justin Richard Nicholas.

This album came far ahead of its time; in a scene full of hardcore and pop punk bands, God & Country went against the grain with their eery, dark, borderline psychedelic rock reminiscent of the 70s, with a modern edge of heavy, hard hitting rhythms.

"Somewhere between Black Sabbath and The Mars Volta, Pink Floyd and Mogwai. Amidst New England and the rest of the universe is a kaleidoscopic interpretation of delicate dynamics and divine darkness."
